Markita's Basics for Skin & Beauty!
I have normal to dry skin, with texture around my cheek areas. With this skin type I am able to use most beauty products especially on a good skin day. I tend to stick to cream based mosturizers and hydrtating primers. For foundation I most the time use a hydrating foundation and if I do use a matte foundation I will make sure my skin care routtine prior is hydrating. I use a light hand when using a setting powder especially on my drier days and always make sure to use setting spray to help my makeup melt all together.
Difference between dehydrated and dry Skin!Because I have normal to dry skin all of my skin care products are pretty much hydrating. This of course will be different for someoone who has oily or combination skin. To understand what skincare you will need you will of course need to know what skin type you have. If you have dry to normal skin you will want to use more cream based skincare products. When you have normal to dry skin like me using products that are going to hydrate your skin is key. NO matter what kind of skin type you have you should always use SPF! Your skin/skincare routine is the base to your makeup and probably the most important step.
